Please read the following policies carefully before placing your order. By purchasing from EraLion Radio, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, local customs clearance, and carrier conditions.

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email so you can monitor your shipment status.

⚠️ Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, customs delays, or carrier disruptions beyond our control.

Return Policy

Returns must be requested within 30 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please contact our support team at support@eralionradio.com with your order number and reason for return to initiate the process.

📋 For opened or activated devices — particularly where the issue relates to LTE coverage, device setup, or service activation — our team may need to complete a troubleshooting process before a return can be approved. This helps us ensure the issue cannot be resolved remotely and that the return is warranted.

We aim to handle all return requests fairly and transparently. If you have any concerns, please reach out and we will work with you to find a resolution.


Product & Service Notice

EraLion Radio devices operate over 4G LTE cellular networks. A stable 4G LTE signal is required for the device to function properly.

⚠️ EraLion Radio is not recommended for use in areas without reliable 4G LTE cellular coverage. Please verify local network availability before purchasing.

Each device purchase includes 3 years of PTT (Push-to-Talk) service, activated from the date of first use.

After the 3-year service period, the service can be renewed at an additional cost. Renewal options will be communicated prior to expiration.


Import Duties & Taxes

Depending on your country of residence, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees imposed by local authorities upon arrival.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the buyer. EraLion Radio has no control over customs fees and cannot predict their amount.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.


Warranty Support

EraLion Radio provides 1-Year Replacement Support for defects caused by manufacturing or non-human damage, starting from the date of delivery.

  • Physical damage caused by misuse, drops, water exposure, or unauthorized modifications is not covered under warranty.
  • Warranty claims are subject to review and verification by our support team.

  • A clear description of the issue
