Product Use

EraLion 4G PoC PTT radios are designed for business communication through compatible 4G LTE cellular coverage.

The product is not recommended for zero-signal areas, remote mountains, deep basements, underground spaces, or off-grid locations without reliable mobile signal.

Service Included

The EraLion H18 2-pack includes 3 years of PTT service during the included service period.

No monthly fee is required during the included 3-year service period.

Service availability may depend on device setup, network coverage, and compatible 4G LTE signal conditions.

Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if payment fails, fraud risk is detected, shipping information is incomplete, or the order cannot be fulfilled.

Shipping

Orders are fulfilled from our China warehouse and shipped to the United States through international logistics partners.

Estimated delivery time is provided for reference only and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, holidays, or incorrect shipping information.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund and Return Policy.

Limitation of Liability

EraLion is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect use, lack of compatible 4G LTE coverage, unauthorized modification, misuse, or use outside the product’s intended purpose.
